BRICKFURY

Brick Fury — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 August 2026

Brick Fury is a single-player arcade game. This policy explains exactly what the game collects, why, and who it is shared with. It is written to match what the app actually does — not to cover every possibility.

Brick Fury does not require an account. You can play the whole game without signing in to anything, and by default nothing that identifies you personally is collected.

Signing in with Google is optional, and exists for one purpose: so your progress survives a new phone. What that adds is described under Signing in below. Whether you sign in or not, the game never collects your phone number, contacts, photos, files, or precise location.

What is collected

DataWhyWho handles it
Anonymous player ID — a random identifier generated on first launch. Not derived from your device, your Google account, or you. To save your progress and restore it if you reinstall or change device. Google Firebase Authentication
Game progress — sectors cleared, stars, in-game currency, equipment owned, high scores, settings. To back up your campaign so it is not lost. Google Cloud Firestore
Leaderboard entries — your anonymous ID, your score, and the callsign you choose, along with your avatar, level, and any badge or season title you have earned and chosen to wear. Everything in this row is public to other players. To show global rankings for the daily challenge, endless mode, weekend events and the seasonal ladder. Google Cloud Firestore
Gameplay analytics — events such as starting or completing a sector, opening the store, and watching a rewarded ad, plus device model, operating system version, country, and app version. To understand which parts of the game are too hard, too slow, or broken, so they can be fixed. Google Firebase Analytics
Crash reports — the technical state of the app when it crashes, including device model and OS version. To diagnose and fix crashes. Google Firebase Crashlytics
Advertising data — your device's advertising identifier, IP address, and interactions with ads. Only if you consent. To show and measure rewarded video ads, which fund the game. Google AdMob
Google account name and email address. Only if you choose to sign in. To recognise you on a new device so your campaign can be restored. Google Firebase Authentication

Advertising and your choice

Brick Fury shows rewarded ads only — short videos you choose to watch in exchange for something in the game. There are no forced interstitials and no banners. If you never tap one, you never see an ad.

Before any ad is requested, the game asks for your consent using Google's User Messaging Platform. Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, you can decline and the game will run without personalised advertising. You can revisit that choice at any time from Settings → Privacy options inside the game.

On iOS, the game also asks permission before tracking through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. Declining is respected in full.

Google AdMob's own handling of ad data is described in Google's privacy & terms.

Signing in

By default your progress is tied to a random identifier stored on your device. That is enough to back it up — but if you lose the device, there is no way for us to know the backup was yours, so it cannot be returned to you.

Signing in with Google solves that, and only that. If you choose to, we receive your Google account's name and email address and attach them to your existing progress. You can keep playing without ever doing this; nothing in the game is locked behind it.

We use that email address to recognise you when you install the game again. It is not used for marketing, is never sold, and no email will be sent to you because of it.

Children

Brick Fury is not directed at children under 13. It does not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided data through the game, contact us at the address below and it will be deleted.

Where data is stored, and for how long

Data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure. Progress and leaderboard data are kept while your player ID is active. Analytics and crash data are retained according to Google's Firebase retention settings.

To have your data deleted, contact us at the address below. If you have signed in, send the request from the email address you signed in with. If you have not, include the player ID shown in Settings — without one or the other there is no way to tell which anonymous record is yours.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the data held about you, and to withdraw consent to personalised advertising. Withdrawing ad consent is available in-game at any time. For anything else, contact us.

Sharing

Data is not sold, and is not shared with anyone beyond the Google services listed above, which process it in order to provide the game.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be posted here with a new date, and the change will be noted in the app's release notes.
