BRICKFURY

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 6 August 2026

These terms cover your use of Brick Fury (“the game”), published by Steady Labs. By installing or playing, you agree to them. They are written to be read, not to be survived.

1. The licence you get

Brick Fury is free to play. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play it on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. We keep ownership of the game, its code, art, audio and name.

2. What you may not do

3. Your account and progress

The game does not require an account. Progress is tied to an anonymous identifier stored on your device and backed up to our servers. Signing in with Google is optional and exists so that progress survives a change of device.

If you do not sign in and you lose your device, your progress cannot be recovered. Not because we will not, but because there is no way to prove which anonymous record was yours. This is a consequence of collecting as little as possible about you.

4. Virtual items and currency

Flux, equipment, cosmetics, boosts and any other in-game item are a limited licence to use them inside the game. They are not property, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the game.

We may change the balance, price or availability of in-game items — including removing them — where this is needed to keep the game working or fair. Where a change removes something you paid real money for, contact us and we will put it right.

5. Purchases

Any purchase is processed by Google Play, under Google's terms. Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy in the first instance; if that does not resolve it, contact us. Statutory rights in your country are not affected by anything here.

6. Advertising

The game shows rewarded video ads only — you choose to watch one in exchange for something. There are no forced interstitials and no banners. Ad consent is requested where the law requires it and can be changed at any time from Settings → Privacy options.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the game and its services running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features that depend on a network — cloud save, leaderboards, ads — may be unavailable at times. The game remains playable offline.

8. Ending the licence

You may stop playing and uninstall at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, in particular section 2. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will warn you first.

9. Liability

The game is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost progress, scores or virtual items. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes

If these terms change materially, the updated version will be posted here with a new date and noted in the app's release notes. Continuing to play after that means you accept the change.
